I’m so glad you found your way here. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor providing online therapy to adults and couples in Greater Victoria and throughout BC.

If you are a caregiver for a loved one with complex care needs, your role may be taking all of your time and energy, leaving nothing for your own needs. Together, we can explore ways to support your well-being.

This might include setting boundaries, processing the emotional impact of caregiving, and reconnecting with parts of yourself that may have been set aside. Caregivers often give so much — therapy can be a space where you are supported in return.
