Grief and Loss
If you’re carrying the pain of a loss, whether it’s the death of a loved one, loss associated with divorce or separation, or due to illness or disability, you don’t have to hold it all on your own. Counselling therapy offers a gentle, supportive space where your experience is honored, your feelings are welcome, and healing can unfold at your own pace. I’m here to listen, to understand, and to walk alongside you as you make sense of your loss and begin to learn how to live in the world as it is.
Caregiving
If you’re a family caregiver, you’re carrying a lot—often more than anyone else can see. You love your family member deeply, and being there for them matters to you, but balancing their needs with your own can feel overwhelming and, at times, isolating.
